103 Parkside Place 103, Indian Harbour Beach, FL 32937

Property Description

If you are social and love to entertain, this is the vacation home you want. A showpiece loaded with art, sculptures, and beautiful lighting. The patio, with its round wood-burning grill, is perfect for barbecues. Two refrigerators provide plenty of extra food storage. Downstairs is a vibrant mix of color and texture. Owner designed the kitchen and dining area to capture a diner on the old southern truckers Route 301, where eggs were greasy, the grits lumpy, and the jukebox loaded with C&W 45's. Upstairs bedrooms are more subdued. The master bath is ''steampunk meets Liberace.'' The sink alone weighs 1200 pounds. Hidden neighborhood next to a wonderful park with a tortoise surrounded lake, heated lap pool and trails. Beaches, restaurants, diners, and shopping are less than 10 minutes away. Fantastic neighbors. Virtually storm proof, with concrete-block construction, full solar power and battery storage, providing nearly full power during storms, including A/C, TV, stove and hot water.
